Fanatics Fest NYC is a once-in-a-lifetime fan event that will bring together fans and collectors across all sports to celebrate their passions under one roof at New York City’s Javits Center.

There are many parking options, including garages and surface lots, which are conveniently located within blocks of the Javits Center. The rates for parking along the perimeter of the building vary. Please visit the Javits Center website for more information.
Tickets
Ticket prices to FFNYC range between $20 and $400. General Admission Adult tickets will be $50 for each day.
Children under 2 years old will be admitted for free and no ticket is required. Kids tickets are for children 2-12. For those 13 and over, purchase of an Adult Ticket is required.
Tickets are non-refundable, and non-resellable. Ticket exchanges are available if you would like to exchange your ticket for a ticket of the same value on a different day. To process an exchange request, please follow the steps outlined in this step-by-step tutorial.

If you would like your child to be able to participate in VIP experiences and receive the VIP perks and benefits you must purchase them a VIP ticket. Children will be able to accompany their adult(s) in VIP lines without a ticket, but will only be able to participate in the VIP experience if they have purchased a VIP ticket.
Tickets can be purchased onsite at the Javits Center box office. Please note, tickets are available on a first-come-first served basis, any tickets that sell out before the event will not be available on site.
Fans will be able to pick their tickets up onsite at the Javits Center starting on Thursday, August 15. The Will Call entrance is located at the Crystal Palace between 11th Avenue and West 35th Street. Fans will also be able to pick their tickets up on each morning of the event at Will Call.
There are no discounts available for FFNYC tickets.
If you would like your child to be able to participate in VIP experiences and receive the VIP perks and benefits you must purchase them a VIP ticket. To ensure your seamless entry and an unforgettable experience, we've streamlined our ticketing process with FFNYC badges. Your FFNYC ticket will come in the form of a physical badge. The badge will act as your ticket onsite to enter and exit FFNYC for the day(s) you have valid tickets.
FFNYC badges will act as your ticket onsite to enter and exit FFNYC for the day(s) you have valid tickets. Fans will wear their badges for the duration of the event to be recognized as a ticket holder and to enjoy the various attractions on the show floor. Re-entry to the event will be permitted. Please note, your badge will only work for benefits of your ticket package. If you have a General Admission ticket, you will not be able to enter the VIP areas or utilize the VIP perks or benefits.
We understand the importance of hassle-free access to the event. Your FFNYC badge acts as your personal gateway to all event areas. With your badge, you won't need to show your ticket every time you want to enter a panel, activation, or show floor. Your badge will allow you to enjoy uninterrupted access as you move effortlessly between different parts of the show floor.

Autographs and photo ops
Autographs and photo ops are sold on a first come on a first come first serve basis and are sold until 15 mins before the scheduled photo op time. If sessions are sold out for a certain guest, it will be noted as "Sold Out" on the website and at the venue. This means no more sessions are available for that guest’s session, and no additional sessions will be released.
Photo ops and Autographs are not included in the purchase of a General Admission (GA) or VIP ticket. These must be purchased separately in addition to your GA or VIP ticket. Prices and availability for photo ops and autographs will vary depending on the guest.
There is no limit on the number of Autographs you can purchase. However, you must purchase one autograph for each autograph you wish to obtain. This means you cannot ask for multiple autographs from a guest unless you have purchased the corresponding number of sessions Autograph prices may vary depending on the item being signed.
Please note: there is a limit placed on the amount of trading cards that can be signed. Only 3 trading cards per customer will be allowed to be autographed.
Autographs and Photo Ops are sold separately. Purchasing an Autograph does not entitle you to a photo op, and vice versa. You will need to buy both Autographs and Photo Ops individually if you want both an Autograph and a Photo Op with a guest.
Fans will be allowed to bring their own items to be signed for autograph sessions. Items will also be available for purchase on-site at the Fanatics Superstore. If you do not have an item, there will be paper and markers provided at the autograph area. Guests have the right to refuse to sign any item.
An inscription is a small dedication alongside the autograph e.g. “To my Number 1 Fan”, “Happy Birthday!”, “We’ll always have Paris”, etc. Inscriptions are not included in the price of an autograph and require an additional purchase. Pricing for inscriptions will be listed on the purchase page, and you must purchase an Autograph to add an inscription.
Yes! Markers will be provided at the autograph area for use during the autograph sessions. You do not need to bring your own pen or marker.
Each Photo Op allows up to 4 people to be in the picture. This means the Photo Op can have up to 4 fans join in the photo with the guest.
Photos are taken on a professional camera in front of a backdrop.
No, table selfies will not be allowed. We appreciate you understanding!
Each Photo Op includes one physical copy of your photo. The physical copy will be printed and provided to you on-site. A digital copy of your photo can be purchased at an additional cost onsite or online. To purchase a digital copy, fans will receive instructions on how to purchase a digital print in the confirmation email after their purchase of an autograph and photo op session. We recommend to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled photo op or autograph session to ensure you have enough time to check in and find the appropriate area.
The last day for Autograph and Photo Ops refunds is August, 8th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Tickets are non-refundable after that date, with an exception should a talent cancel their appearance. Please also be aware that fees are non-refundable when requesting a refund! To submit a refund request, please contact our support team here.
On the day(s) of the event, refunds are not available for missed photo op or autograph sessions. It is important to arrive on time as sessions operate on a strict schedule.
FFNYC has the right to turn away or remove inappropriate items or prohibited items. Items with foul language or inappropriate imagery is not permitted. Guests always have the right to refuse to sign any item. Please visit the Safety and Security FAQs to see our list of prohibitted items.
If a guest cancels their appearance, you will be notified, and options for refunds or exchanges for photo op and autographs will be provided.
Gift-giving is not permitted at FFNYC. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Safety and security
The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors, and fans is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state,local, and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them, and develop security plans for our events. Everyone attending FFNYC should be aware that the following are in place:
- Security may approach you to assist outside, at entry, or inside FFNYC.
- Everyone must wear their FFNYC credentials at all times. This includes exhibitors, vendors, fans (attendees), speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, and crew.
- Bag checks are in operation at our events.
- Walkthrough or hand held scanners may be in operation at our events.
- CCTV in operation at our events is monitored and recorded.
- Uniformed and covert Security Guards and Police are in attendance at our event.
- Canine Security and Detection is in operation at some of our events.
Everyone attending FFNYC is requested to:
- Keep personal property with you at all times and don't leave any items unattended.
- Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or just out of place to FFNYC Staff, Security, or Crew.
- Remain patient and courteous with FFNYC Staff and Security undertaking security checks. We have your best interests at heart and want to get you inside the building as quickly as possible.
- Follow the instructions of FFNYC Staff at all times
- On the final day you're attending FFNYC, keep your badge as a souvenir or dispose of it inside the venue or when you've returned home. Don't sell it to scalpers who may be outside on the streets. Don't throw it away in trash cans outside the venue. Scalpers are sneaky and will find a way to grab it and upsell it to an unsuspecting fan who doesn't have a badge.
- Carry a recognized form of photo ID at all times.
In the Javits Center, first aid is located between the 1D hall and the 1E hall, to the rear of the hallway.
No, selfie sticks are not allowed at FFNYC.
Bags are allowed at FFNYC but are subject to search. If you would like to check your bag once inside the building, there are several locations within Javits Center to store bags.
Yes, bag check will be available at the entrance to FFNYC.
Yes, strollers will be allowed at FFNYC.
- Functional firearms (including air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns)

ACCESSIBILITY AT THE JAVITS CENTER
Fanatics Fest NYC is welcoming to individuals of all abilities and is a fully accessible event. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure full access and we encourage all feedback and suggestions in order to improve our experience.
The following sets forth all accommodations provided this year. We will do our very best to help you have an amazing experience.
Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be allowed into the event and provided with the appropriate credentials.
- All service animals must remain by the handler's side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these and all similar devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
- Anyone bringing a service animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury to person(s) or property caused by the service animal.
- All service animals must have legally required vaccinations.

Yes! The ADA Entrance is located at the Crystal Palace of the Javits Center - 11thAvenue and 36th Street and will be open all day.
Fanatics Fest NYC provides ADA stickers to individuals who may have mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, or any other type of disabilities that may not be visible. These stickers may be picked up on site only (no application necessary) at the ADA Desk at Registration located in the Javits Center Crystal Palace - 11th Avenue and 36th Street. An ADA sticker identifies you to Staff, Crew, and Security and indicates that you may need additional assistance.
Please note that the ADA sticker does not provide admission, you must have a valid ticket to attend Fanatics Fest NYC. Companions must have purchased a ticket to the event.
**ADA stickers are for the use of one individual only throughout the course of Fanatics Fest NYC. ADA stickers cannot be redistributed, resold, or reallocated. Failure to comply with this will result in revocation of your ticket without refund and the inability to attend future Fanatics events.**
- ADA stickers are valid for all days of the event.
- Please DO NOT remove your sticker for the duration the event.
- One companion sticker will be issued for each ADA patron; exceptions will be made for families with young children.
- If a guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion sticker to the ADA Desk to be reissued.
On the morning of show days, we will have a designated ADA queueing area at the entrance to the Show Floor in the Crystal Palace.
- ADA attendees will not have to proceed to the queue hall in 1C for access to the Show Floor
- However, if an ADA attendee would like to attend a panel at the Theater, they will have to line-up in Hall 1C where there will be a designated ADA line
- There will be ADA seating on a first-come-first serve basis at both the Theater and Center Stages
- We will have sign language interpreters at both stages
Keep in mind that all of our events are very popular and we will make every effort to help you access the panels that are important to you.
We provide expedited line access for all autographs and photo ops. Please be advised that our guests often sign for limited amounts of time, so we ask you to arrive closer to the beginning of our signing time. When our guest reaches capacity, we will close the line.
The Javits Center has sidewalk ramps, automatic doors at all street levels, restrooms and elevators accessible for persons with mobility disabilities. Payphones are accessible and are equipped with volume and TTY capability for those with speech and hearing disabilities.
There is no on-site parking at the Javits Center. However, there are many parking garages in the vicinity. The average price for event day parking is usually starts at around $50 a day and is subject to change depending on the Center's activity. Limited motorized and manually operated mobility vehicles are available for rent at the Javits Center. Please make an advance reservation by calling the Javits Center's Exhibitor Solutions Department at 212.216.2319 and they will place the order for you. You can also place the order yourself through the Javits Center's customer portal, Jake, by clicking here and creating an account.
Yes, fans are permitted to bring their medically necessary items into the event. Please note, your bag is subject to be searched by security.
One companion will be allowed to accompany each ADA patron. Companions must purchase General Admission ticket to enter the event.
Strobing lights, amplified sounds, and large crowds are quite common at our show. Please be aware of your surroundings and consider taking "stimulation breaks" as needed. However, if you leave during a seated session, we cannot guarantee your seat will be held until you return.
The Fanatics Fest NYC team will consider any request by a guest with disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices, or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the guest equal enjoyment of the services offered at the event. We encourage you to make any such request as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.
More about the Javits Center
If you’re coming by car or truck, virtually all roads lead to the Javits Center. Plus, there’s plenty of off-site parking within walking distance of the iconic facility. And if you’re looking to burn some calories while blazing a trail to our front door, take advantage of Citi Bike, New York’s new bike sharing system. The NY Waterway is also a convenient and quick way to get to the Javits Center from across the Hudson River, and only one block from the Javits Center. For the convenience of visitors there are three Chase ATMs located at the Center. Two are adjacent to the Guest Services Desk on the north side of the Crystal Palace Lobby on Level 3. The other is on the north side of the Level 1 Food Court.
The Javits Center operates a coat check open to all Exhibitors and Fans. It’s located across from the Starbucks on the Level 2 South Concourse overlooking the entrance to the Special Events Hall next to the FedEx Business Center. The cost is $7.00 per item (subject to change). You can also check briefcases, backpacks, umbrellas and luggage.
The Javits Center maintains a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on Javits Center property, including the inner roadway and Javits-owned sidewalks
